How do you get through it? You get into a car and have a car accident almost as bad as the one that just took your wife and child. Only you don't die. You're rescued and taken care by strangers, you recover and after weeks, time to recover...enough. You're thrust back into the limelight and discover your best friend and personal assistant is a buttneck and your new friend was going to run away with your wife.Did I give too much away? I think reading this book is worth the time, it's quick read and time we'll spent.
Be sure to read Bayou Bounty, Unfinished Business and Safe Haven. Heck, read them all!

The strength and vulnerability that the main characters possessed was absolutely endearing! I could sympathize and empathize with all of the characters. This book had it all. It also covered every emotion. Fantastic! Tragedy and triumph done with finesse. Yes! More please
Sex inside the government. Just change the genders. Not exciting except to see who wins. Love or politics. Always love.
Great second chance at love story. Interesting characters with a few twists. I also love how family and friends become one.
I thought your characters were good and creative. I do think more editing would help the reading and flow of the book considerably. Overall a very good read.
With all of the twists and turns and loves and losts, this book was such an amazing read! I'm a huge fan of B. L. Wilson ,so I knew the book would be good, but I didn't expect this good! Although it started off kind of slow, once you get into it... You won't get enough of the characters in the book! Melba was by far my favorite and I would love to read a part 2!
I am constantly reading and trying works from different writers. You never disappoint my literary standards. Your characters are strong but human. They are realistic. You don't repeat things paragraph from paragraph to get a word count. I enjoy your stories but I need you to make more and quicker. ; )
